Deposits

• Deposits to nnn3 are accepted via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

General Bonus Rules

6Betting and Game Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by nnn3, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. All confirmed bets are final.

7Prohibited Conduct

• nnn3 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Member's side, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside of nnn3's direct control.
• nnn3 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Game outcomes on the nnn3 platform are governed by certified random number generators or live dealing processes. nnn3 does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not liable for gaming losses incurred through normal play.
• In cases of genuine platform error resulting in an incorrect odds display or game malfunction, nnn3's liability is limited to voiding the affected bet and returning the stake.

11Privacy and Data

nnn3 collects and processes Member personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 12Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the nnn3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and balance retrieval.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The nnn3 platform operates under a license issued by PAGCOR, and all regulatory matters are subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and nnn3 that cannot be resolved through the nnn3 customer support process, the matter shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Members are encouraged to first raise disputes directly with nnn3 support, as most issues can be resolved promptly at that level.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines.
